Terms and conditions

We supply furniture sets for van conversions: an aluminium frame, birch plywood, fronts in your chosen colour, hardware and assembly instructions. Unless expressly stated we do NOT supply electrical systems, plumbing, gas installations, insulation, wall lining, flooring, pop-top roofs or roof windows.

Dimensions in our documentation are nominal. On woodwork we work to a production tolerance of ± 2 mm per part.

The load dimensions in our van database come from manufacturers' data and are indicative. Manufacturers measure differently; deviations of 30 to 50 mm occur. You are responsible for measuring your own load space before ordering.

Where the configurator warns that a set or bundle is a tight fit, confirming your own measurement is a condition of the order. If you order without measuring and it does not fit, that is not a product defect and falls under the ordinary right of withdrawal.

All prices shown are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you place the order.

Payment is in advance. We start cutting only after payment has been received and, where applicable, after you have confirmed your measurements.

We cut to size on order and hold no pre-cut stock. The usual lead time is 5 working days after payment. If that differs we tell you within two working days of your order.

Risk passes when you or a person you designate takes receipt of the shipment. Check the packaging on delivery and report visible transport damage within two working days.

You have 30 days to change your mind from receipt, without giving a reason. The statutory period is 14 days; we give you more.

A return means: unused, not assembled, in the original packaging. Once a frame profile has been shortened or a front has been drilled, we can no longer take the item back.

Return shipping is at your cost. For a pallet shipment those are real costs — please bear that in mind.

We give a 5-year warranty on construction and material defects under normal use in a camper.

Not covered: damage from incorrect assembly, damage from overloading, water or mould damage from insufficient ventilation in the van, and normal wear of hinges, runners and upholstery.

Our benches are NOT seats for use while driving. They are not crash-tested and take no seatbelt. Travelling seated is permitted only in the seats supplied and approved by the vehicle manufacturer.

The weight of the interior plus payload must not exceed your vehicle's permitted gross weight. The weight calculation in the configurator is an aid; responsibility for your vehicle's weight remains yours.

If you substantially alter your vehicle's interior, check yourself whether you must notify your national vehicle authority or your insurer.

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for consequential loss, including missed holidays or third-party costs.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. If we cannot resolve matters together, you may go to the competent Dutch court or to the European ODR platform.
